What would happen if... These are four of the most powerful words that can move your business forward. 

When you're prepping for your next trade event, make sure you have a plan and that you know who you want to talk to. 
Do the research before you get there on the basics, use this time when you're face to face to ask the questions you can't ask google or the agent site. Use this time to build a connection with the local business development manager and build your contacts. 

And when you've got your opportunity... ask them... "What would happen if..."
